Manage client accounts and fulfillment projects by interpreting instructions, coordinating internal teams, analyzing workflows, monitoring quality and delivery, resolving client issues, and maintaining professional relationships. The role also identifies process improvements and additional business opportunities, supports new product and client initiatives, and uses technical processing tools and quality assurance practices to ensure accurate, timely results.

Manages strategic client relationships and coordinates integrated marketing program delivery. Responsibilities include client retention, issue resolution, recommendations, business reviews, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to overcome roadblocks. The role requires understanding client businesses, competitive markets, products, pricing, and market developments while responding to client needs. Travel is required as business demands.

Lead brand identity, content strategy, influencer and social programs to drive organic audience growth and consistent brand voice. Build editorial roadmaps, measure content and influencer KPIs, manage agencies/contractors, and align brand efforts with demand generation, product marketing, and PR.
