Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Dave’s promotions and engagement products. Lead ML-driven personalization, experimentation, promotion targeting, app engagement surfaces, and retention initiatives. Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Growth, and senior leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires quantitative rigor, product judgment, technical fluency, and experience building engagement, retention, or loyalty programs in high-volume B2C technology environments.

Designs the technical foundation for Dave’s AI Agent Factory, including agent architecture, MCP servers, governed data access, semantic-layer integrations, evaluation frameworks, deployment standards, observability, authentication, authorization, auditability, and PII protection. The role establishes scalable AI engineering standards and reusable infrastructure while partnering with Data, Engineering, Security, and Product teams to enable safe, reliable company-wide AI adoption.

Lead paid media and user acquisition strategy for new financial product launches. Own channel evaluation, campaign testing, budget allocation, growth forecasting, creative testing, optimization, scaling, and martech readiness. Partner with Product, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, and Martech teams to build profitable acquisition engines, establish tracking and dashboards, and improve CAC, LTV, ROI, and unit economics across multiple products.
