Lead Decagon’s total rewards function by defining compensation philosophy, salary bands, equity and bonus programs, benefits, job architecture, and leveling. Own compensation review cycles, equity administration, benefits operations, compliance, market benchmarking, executive reporting, and employee communications. Partner with founders, Finance, People leadership, Recruiting, and vendors to support rapid international growth and build scalable total rewards infrastructure.

Build data lifecycle infrastructure for collecting, retaining, redacting, and deleting sensitive customer data. Responsibilities include PII and PHI detection, configurable retention policies, reliable deletion workflows, self-service APIs, LLM-backed anomaly detection, multimodal redaction, monitoring, auditability, and fault-tolerant systems at scale.

Research Engineer focused on AI safety for conversational agents. Responsibilities include developing safeguards against prompt injection, unsafe tool use, data disclosure, policy violations, and hallucinations; building adversarial evaluations, red-team datasets, classifiers, judges, reward signals, and runtime protections; analyzing production incidents; and partnering across teams to deploy scalable, reliable safeguards.
