Build and operate full-stack features across database, API, and front-end layers using Ruby on Rails. Own complex problems end to end, modernize legacy systems, design durable APIs, improve reliability and developer productivity, and participate in production support. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, document technical decisions, mentor peers, and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and on-call operations. The role also involves using modern developer tooling and working on scalable fleet and service-management software.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, help center articles, release communications, in-app guidance, UX copy, and content standards for a SaaS platform. Audit brand voice and content, create documentation and UX writing guidelines, build content roadmaps, establish content operations, and use analytics to improve performance. Collaborate remotely with product, design, and engineering teams while independently delivering milestone-based work.

Owns Decisiv’s billable services and third-party marketplace portfolio, including discovery, pricing, partnerships, launches, P&L performance, and end-of-life decisions. The role develops marketplace strategy, negotiates commercial agreements, defines API use cases, analyzes customer and usage data, and collaborates with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success. It is remote within the United States and requires occasional travel for partner, customer, and company engagements.
