Leads the strategy, design, administration, compliance, budgeting, and evaluation of employee health, welfare, wellbeing, leave, and related benefits programs. Manages benefits professionals, vendors, brokers, systems, enrollment processes, communications, legal filings, and service levels. Partners with Finance, Legal, ERISA counsel, and Total Rewards leadership to control costs, meet regulatory requirements, improve employee experience, and align programs with organizational needs.

Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership development, change management, culture transformation, and talent programs. Leads People organization service delivery, workforce planning, organizational diagnostics, and enterprise talent initiatives. Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to create executive-ready insights and recommendations. Coaches leaders, facilitates organizational change, and drives sustainable transformation across complex, matrixed environments.

Manage day-to-day clinical appeal review operations and oversee Clinical QM and Grievance & Appeals. Lead clinical governance, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze trends, identify quality risks, design and implement quality improvement initiatives, develop policies and workflows, and provide cross-functional training and clinical subject-matter expertise.

Lead incident response as Incident Commander for critical security events, perform threat hunting and forensic analysis, build detections and telemetry across endpoint, identity, cloud, and network, run tabletop exercises and purple/red team activities, automate detection and response workflows, collaborate with engineering and risk teams, and translate findings into executive metrics and risk reduction strategies.

Manage product lifecycle and growth for Individual Segment dental and market-facing products. Drive enhancements, develop benefit designs and business cases, partner cross-functionally to launch compliant, operationally feasible products, monitor performance, and recommend strategies to balance growth, customer value, compliance, and profitability.

Lead engineering team to define and execute threat detection, platform, analytics, and automation roadmaps. Advance automated, AI-augmented detection and response across SIEM/EDR/NDR/SOAR and cloud environments, partner with Incident Response, and drive measurable risk reduction via metrics and team development.
