Lead planning, design, and business development for trenchless and tunneling projects. Prepare technical reports, contract documents, and specifications. Mentor junior staff, review contractor submittals and RFIs, perform office and field assignments, and ensure QA/QC on water, wastewater, and underground infrastructure projects.

Lead and scale a firmwide growth model by managing four teams (BD coaching, publishing, client experience, digital experience); set strategy, KPIs, and operating rhythms; coach and develop BD staff; lead pursuits and client relationships; champion AI adoption and data/CRM integrity; build repeatable processes, playbooks, and training; represent the firm externally and partner with the Chief Strategy Officer on growth and culture.
