Lead discovery, translate business needs into user stories, and design Salesforce solutions. Configure declarative functionality, support testing/UAT, and deliver full lifecycle implementations. Manage client relationships, lead functional workstreams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to cross-team collaboration and delivery assets.

Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and ETL tools, resolve technical issues, collaborate with analysts and architects, and contribute to long-term platform roadmaps.

Lead Salesforce technical architecture across large initiatives: define solution designs, lead design sessions, produce architectural blueprints, ensure best practices, oversee code reviews, integrate systems, and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
