Provide secure exam delivery and customer service by checking in examinees, verifying ID, explaining procedures, monitoring testing, maintaining exam security, troubleshooting technical issues, and following company policies. Part-time role with evening and weekend availability.

Provide Level 1–2 hardware and software support to students, faculty, and administration: troubleshoot accounts, install/configure and repair computers and peripherals, maintain servers, manage IT inventory, document procedures, and track requests in an IT ticketing system. Evening and occasional weekend coverage required.

Provide student services support under the Director, including peer guidance, tutorial services, job development and placement assistance, retention counseling, collecting placement data, and reporting student concerns.
