Design footwear products from concept through commercialization for the Jessica Simpson brand. Responsibilities include trend and consumer research, sketches, CADs, renderings, technical drawings, tech packs, prototype reviews, product refinements, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Development, Production, Sales, and overseas partners. The role manages multiple seasonal projects, supports commercial product execution, presents design concepts, and may coach Assistant Designers. International travel to trade shows, market appointments, sourcing activities, and business events may be required.

Leads sales strategy and retail partnerships for an assigned handbags brand and key accounts. Responsibilities include developing growth plans, managing assortments, analyzing sales and inventory performance, overseeing profitability and pricing, negotiating margins, collaborating with Design, Production, Planning, and Brand teams, managing budgets, and coaching sales talent. Requires extensive footwear or accessories sales experience, strong retail analytics, account management, leadership, and presentation skills.

Support handbag design from trend research through product execution. Create sketches, CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials; attend fittings; manage samples; collaborate with cross-functional and overseas teams to ensure seasonal line delivery.
