Manage and modernize the Oracle ERP platform landscape (EBS R12.2 to Oracle Cloud), lead patching/release governance, implement automated testing and AI-enabled operations, coordinate integrations and environment management, ensure compliance (SOX, DORA), and provide leadership to technical teams and vendors to improve platform reliability and delivery quality.

Lead global order entry and billing operations as the SME, ensuring accurate, compliant invoicing, OTC controls, and SOX compliance. Own ERP and billing implementations, partner on system, automation, and AI improvements, manage global teams and shared services, and translate strategy into measurable operational outcomes while mitigating control risks.

The Senior Lean Procurement Leader will implement and standardize processes across procurement and supply chain to enhance inventory management, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include strategic alignment, value stream mapping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of procurement strategies.
