Translate customer manufacturing and assembly processes into structured BuildOS workflows. Create work instructions from CAD and engineering data, lead customer onboarding and adoption during pilots, advise manufacturing and engineering teams, identify workflow improvements, provide product feedback, and support demos and technical evaluations. The role requires manufacturing-process expertise, CAD familiarity, PLM/ERP knowledge, and strong customer communication skills.

Own end-to-end product design for BuildOS, a manufacturing engineering software suite. Responsibilities span user research, product strategy, interaction and visual design, prototyping, frontend collaboration, and release. Design complex workflows involving CAD, structured data, documentation, and shop-floor operations. Establish design systems and product standards while partnering with manufacturing engineers, operators, Product, Engineering, and customers. The role requires understanding technical users, visiting factory floors, and balancing usability, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery speed.

Own, design, build, scale, and troubleshoot critical systems for a manufacturing engineering software platform. The role requires containerization, networking, infrastructure, IT integrations, and independent problem-solving. Preferred experience includes infrastructure-as-code tools, security operations, compliance frameworks, databases, access controls, and manufacturing or industrial software.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate closing, and pre-onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, build targeted pipelines, manage ATS data, and improve recruiting processes. The role also includes university recruiting, event participation, recruiting operations, and use of AI tools to improve efficiency.
