Conduct outbound prospecting to U.S. dispensaries through calls, email, and social outreach. Build and prioritize target account lists, run sequences, generate qualified meetings, maintain accurate CRM activity records, and ensure smooth handoffs to account executives and managers. Meet activity and meeting targets, participate in coaching and call reviews, and share market intelligence about competitive signals, regional trends, and buying triggers.

Manages and coaches an Implementation Strategist team, owning go-live, CSAT, and implementation-time metrics. Supports clients through onboarding, assigns accounts, balances team capacity, improves implementation processes, and partners with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product. The role also contributes to scaling the implementation function and executing strategic initiatives while maintaining a customer-first SaaS experience.

Partner with Ads sales to provide data-driven prospecting, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Build SQL queries and dashboards, produce monthly/quarterly client narratives, run incrementality/A-B tests, and present insights to brands. Support new business pitches, automate reporting workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, and Product on ad performance and product testing.
