Own inbound support across Dutchie's POS, ecommerce, payments, loyalty, hardware and integrations. Troubleshoot complex issues, support hardware and compliance workflows, triage payments, use AI-assisted tooling, document tickets, and escalate appropriately while working PST coverage.
