Assists the Project Manager with planning, execution, financial outcomes, client satisfaction, vendor and subcontractor coordination, estimating, documentation, drawings, change orders, meetings, and project closeout for electrical construction projects. The role supports field supervision, ensures compliance with project standards, and uses Procore and Microsoft Suite to manage project information.

Design and optimize enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Power BI. Build Medallion Architecture data pipelines, analyze financial and operational datasets, improve data quality, and deliver governed insights to stakeholders. Support CRM integrations, enterprise reporting, cybersecurity compliance, and data-driven decision-making across construction and infrastructure operations.

Develop and enhance an early-stage business process management product using Ruby on Rails, Stimulus, and Turbo. Build end-to-end features, gather requirements from non-technical users, create specifications, improve UI/UX, and support enterprise identity integrations including SSO, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and dynamic provisioning. Develop document-centric PDF workflows, integrate AI capabilities, and work within a structured SDLC in a changing product environment.

Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing electrical construction projects: manage subcontractors/vendors, maintain client relations and project documentation in Procore, estimate scope changes, liaise with field supervision, attend meetings, and ensure project closeout and compliance.

Lead engineering execution for assigned electrical construction projects, coordinating design teams, field operations, prefabrication, and contractors. Manage BIM environments, clash detection, shop drawing production, model-to-fabrication workflows, schedules, RFIs/submittals, budgets, QA/QC, and project reporting to ensure compliance with codes, contract requirements, and project timelines.

Lead end-to-end signal systems scope on transit and rail projects: manage subcontractors and OEMs, coordinate design and installation, create cost-loaded schedules, procure long-lead materials, control budgets, negotiate change orders, and oversee testing, commissioning and cutovers while liaising with clients, operating railroads, and field teams.

Oversee electrical construction projects from planning through closeout: create schedules, manage budgets and procurement, coordinate subcontractors and field supervision, maintain documentation, communicate status to stakeholders, resolve issues, estimate work, and implement process improvements to deliver projects on time, on budget, and safely.

Oversee project-specific quality management for transit and infrastructure projects. Develop and implement Quality Management Plans, inspection and test plans, document control, NCR and corrective actions, audits, material traceability, and training. Coordinate QA/QC staff and third-party labs, support final acceptance and turnover, and ensure compliance with NYCT, MTA, ISO 9001, and contract requirements.

Lead and deliver large electrical construction projects from inception to closeout. Manage project staff, schedules, budgets, change orders, documentation, stakeholder meetings, and field coordination while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.
