The ERSEA Specialist manages Head Start eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance processes across multiple sites. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, maintaining waitlists and records, monitoring enrollment and attendance, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting outreach, training and supervising Family Workers, supporting families, maintaining data quality, and preparing for audits and federal monitoring. The role collaborates with education and disabilities teams and protects confidential family information.
