Support daily afterschool program operations by implementing curriculum, supervising students during structured/unstructured times, maintaining records and compliance, assisting family engagement and staff support, and helping coordinate events and program improvements under the Program Director.

Lead coordination of school and community-based services to support students and families. Build partnerships, assess needs, broker programs, track interventions and data, oversee extended learning and peer mediation, supervise staff, provide training, assist with resource development, and participate in community engagement and school leadership activities.

Lead and manage the Learning to Work program at a Bronx high school: oversee daily operations, supervise staff, recruit and support students, manage non-personnel budget and records, develop reports and community partnerships, organize events, ensure contractual compliance, and participate in trainings and community engagement. Some evenings and weekends required.
