Design and build cloud solutions, qualify solution fit, document requirements, create solution proposals, act as technical escalation for ECI products, collaborate with product and GTM teams, and travel up to 25% to support customers and implementations.

Provide 24x7 technical escalation support for global clients, troubleshooting Cisco routing/switching, firewalls, VPNs and wireless; perform network and vulnerability assessments; lead network projects and changes, onboard/offboard clients, and drive network design and client communication to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
