Provides direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO and COO, including calendar management, communications, presentations, document systems, meeting coordination, and follow-through. Supports Board administration through meeting logistics, minutes, RSVP tracking, and maintaining governance records. Manages general office operations, including guest reception, phone calls, mail, catering, supplies, and pantry inventory. Requires discretion, strong organization, communication, technology skills, and sound judgment.

Manage a cohort of NYC PreK-12 music teachers through regular classroom observations, coaching, professional development planning, performance and curriculum support, teacher accountability, school partnership coordination, event scheduling, and ensuring music rooms meet ETM standards. Serve as Google Classroom author/manager.
