Manage administrative and clinical operations of a 100-bed OASAS-licensed residential treatment facility; supervise motivational enhancement staff; ensure regulatory compliance, site safety, inventory, petty cash/accounting, staff coverage, and coordinate with facilities and clinical leadership.

Provide front-line membership and office support for an older-adult community center: register and assist members, manage membership and attendance databases, coordinate events and logistics, perform health screenings for in-person activities, handle petty cash and deposits, generate reports and maintain records, support volunteers, and assist with audits and program compliance.

Lead afterschool groups (Mon–Fri 2–6pm), mentor school-aged youth, plan and deliver lesson plans and activities across academics, arts, sports and wellness, maintain attendance and safety, collaborate with teachers and staff, participate in events and professional development.

Develops and leads Jewish curriculum and weekly programming for K–8 campers, trains and supervises staff, plans Shabbat and holiday activities, creates inclusive lesson plans and inclement-weather alternatives, and supports overall camp operations and specialty events.

Provide front-line member service at the 14th Street Y: assist visitors and callers, process membership sales and registrations, manage membership processes and reporting, lead small customer-service trainings, support retention/outreach, and collaborate with membership and sales staff.

Patrol and monitor CRW premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions; secure doors, respond to alarms and emergencies, provide first aid, operate detection equipment, write incident reports, and support clients (food pantry, de-escalation, referrals).

Support campers with social, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs at an 8-week outdoor day camp. Attend orientation and all camp days, follow individualized support plans, communicate with supervisors and families, collaborate with counselors, supervise activities and transit, write weekly progress reports, and uphold camp values and safety protocols.

Support Preschool Director in daily operations, admissions, community engagement, staff development, curriculum documentation, classroom coaching, program planning (including summer camp), vendor coordination, compliance, and special projects to foster an inclusive, Reggio-inspired early childhood program.

Produce print and digital collateral, fundraising and donor materials, lobby slides and event slideshows; maintain and evolve brand standards; create accessible and wayfinding designs; manage multiple projects via the departments project system; collaborate across departments and supervise a summer intern when applicable.

Provide direct supervision and individualized support for K–5 after-school students, especially neurodivergent children. Assist group leaders and swim instructors, implement behavior-management plans, communicate with support coordinator and families, participate in activities, attend orientation and meetings, and ensure safety and inclusion throughout the program year.

Lead and coordinate community school operations, align school and community-based services, manage partnerships, monitor student progress and attendance, organize CST meetings, implement Community School Plan, facilitate family engagement, and oversee health screenings and data systems.
