Supervise and support Day Habilitation consumers and staff at community worksites. Ensure habilitation goals, daily documentation, schedules, vehicle safety, staff coaching, and community integration. Assist coordinator with staff supervision, meetings, safety checks, recreational planning, and program needs.

Oversee nursing and dispensary operations: supervise staff, provide and coordinate medical care for clients and staff, schedule appointments, administer medications and vaccines, order supplies, conduct training and evaluations, chair healthcare committees, and be on-call 24/7.

Coordinate and manage respite program operations including staffing, recruitment, training, facility and vehicle maintenance, compliance with OPWDD/OMIG, intake, family support, documentation, and supervision of direct support staff.

Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities including applicant screening, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, processing employment paperwork, adding new hires to payroll, communicating with candidates, scheduling training, and supporting new-hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
