Generous PTO

Ellevest requires that employees take a minimum of two weeks off per year, on top of the 9 days the office is formally closed. Managers have the ability to approve up to twice that for PTO requests.

Paid Holidays

Ellevest has a flexible PTO policy for vacation time, personal days and sick/family leave. Ellevest offers all employees PTO to observe major holidays, and the office is closed for 9 holidays a year.
