Develop, organize and create dashboards to improve the overall membership experience and drive operational improvements. Analyze transactional data, develop scorecards, and provide insights for operational improvements.

Represent EmblemHealth to Key Accounts, manage client portfolio, ensure retention through renewals and upselling. Present renewals, visit clients, resolve inquiries, collaborate for client satisfaction and growth, participate in sales campaigns, stay updated on industry trends and regulations, maintain records, assist Account Executives, contribute to process improvement. Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of health insurance experience. Strong analytical, consulting, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills essential.
