Collaborate with sales, channel partners, OEMs, system integrators, marketing, product management, engineering, and support. Monitor market trends, present performance and recommendations to leadership, and establish executive relationships across industrial technology ecosystems.

Leads global segment marketing strategy for Emerson’s Motion Control business, including market intelligence, segmentation, competitive analysis, go-to-market planning, positioning, pricing, portfolio growth, and commercialization. Partners with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Communications to identify opportunities, launch solutions, drive revenue, and allocate resources. Leads and develops the segment marketing team while establishing KPIs and growth-management processes.

Own and execute regional software growth plans, driving pipeline creation, conversion, adoption, renewals, expansion, and retention. Partner with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, and regional teams to align priorities and accelerate performance. Enable sellers and partners with technical messaging and tools, represent customer and field needs, establish operating cadences and metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives through influence in a global matrixed organization. Travel up to 20%.
