The Private Client Relationship Manager is responsible for advising clients on insurance needs, managing proposals, negotiating with underwriters, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the insurance process.

Support capital markets and private client operations across banking and trust functions: prepare board materials, perform mortgage pricing, liquidity reporting, swaps and FX hedging tasks, manage client portfolios, conduct bond credit analysis, maintain ETF models, prepare regulatory and audit responses, and produce recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President and Fine Art Finance division, managing communications, office systems, travel, meetings, bookkeeping, invoices, account reconciliation, budget preparation, marketing/event support, and proofreading. Ensure compliance with office policies and assist with business development and PR coordination.
