Manage a payroll team to deliver accurate, on-time payroll per SLAs. Serve as payroll and systems subject matter expert, handle escalations and client communication, optimize workflows, ensure policy compliance, coach and develop staff, and support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.

The role manages hiring, onboarding, coaching, employee development, scheduling, workflow standardization, and performance metrics. It also requires knowledge of SAG-AFTRA contracts and labor laws, strong client-service skills, flexible availability, and occasional after-hours or weekend support.
