The Brand Manager oversees brand governance, supports brand activation initiatives, manages brand assets, and partners with teams to ensure consistent brand application and successful campaigns.

Support advisors and clients by designing and analyzing life insurance solutions, managing policy illustrations and applications, conducting market research, and coordinating deliverables. Provide client consultations, ensure compliance, maintain carrier product knowledge, prepare meeting materials, and collaborate across teams to implement strategy and improve processes.

Provide administrative support for the Financial Services insurance team: data entry into Sagitta, renewals, certificates, billing/invoicing, policy issuance, surplus lines filings, filing in ImageRight, and liaising with accounting and carriers. Requires strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Manage new business pipeline and coordinate internal resources to deliver proposals and onboarding for Private Equity/M&A clients. Support producers, drive strategy sessions, oversee portfolio management and stewardship reporting, and service select PE firms. Maintain trackers and collaborate with placement and service teams to ensure coverage, renewals, and client deliverables.

Manage commercial insurance renewals and client relationships for financial services accounts. Prepare exposure analyses, gather submission materials, evaluate quotes, build proposals, support new business and consulting assignments, maintain pipelines/trackers, and collaborate with producers and placement teams to ensure accurate policy coverage and client service.

Build, validate, and operationalize analytics and dashboards on Azure Databricks for Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits. Collect, cleanse, and integrate insurance data, perform exploratory and statistical analysis, prototype analytics solutions, and communicate insights via visualizations to stakeholders while collaborating with engineers and business teams.

As a SkillBridge Account Manager, you'll train in business insurance, manage policies, support client relationships, and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
