The Senior Software Engineer will own the development of full-stack features from UI to backend, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical decisions.

Own QA for Epic's web, iOS, and Android products: design and execute manual and automated tests, run release verification, report and triage bugs, expand UI/end-to-end and API automation, and track QA metrics to ensure release quality.

Drive reliability and observability of Epic's GCP-based platform. Own cloud infrastructure, container platform (Kubernetes/GKE), CI/CD, observability, and IaC (Terraform). Define SLOs/SLIs, reduce toil, manage security and compliance practices, participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response and post-mortems, and partner with product and data teams to troubleshoot and improve platform reliability.

Own and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline for K-12 school sales. Develop ABM, email, paid, content, events, and analytics-driven campaigns; align with sales; manage reporting, attribution, and event marketing; optimize funnel performance and partner with cross-functional teams to measure marketing-sourced revenue and ROI.
