Administer and support enterprise IBM z/OS storage environments, including DS8000 and TS7700 platforms, DFSMS, DFSMShsm, ISMF, encryption, tape management, backups, replication, and recovery. Troubleshoot storage hardware, FICON, and SAN infrastructure; manage capacity, performance, and business continuity. Support third-party software, document solutions, and provide scheduled and after-hours support. Occasional travel to the Somerset, New Jersey data center is required.
