The Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, run onboarding, lead campaign reviews, advise on strategy, and optimize performance while identifying expansion opportunities.

Serve as the primary strategic partner for multi-location and franchise brands: run high-touch onboarding, lead data-driven campaign and business reviews, develop cross-channel marketing plans, partner with technical teams to optimize delivery, and identify thoughtful expansion opportunities.

Lead Euleritys product marketing to drive thought leadership, demand generation, and marketing operations. Own LinkedIn and executive presence, content and podcast production, targeted paid campaigns, outbound messaging, lead scoring, attribution, and AI-driven automation to scale MQL-to-SQL conversion and support upsell/renewal growth.

Design, build, and maintain developer-facing SDKs and AI-powered automation workflows. Own public API design, TypeScript types, packaging/distribution, semantic versioning, and documentation. Implement features using AI-assisted tooling, integrate with APIs and data models, manage PR lifecycle, and collaborate with web, mobile, backend, product, and design teams to ship reusable, framework-agnostic solutions.

As a Mobile iOS Developer Intern, you will develop and maintain the iOS app using AI-driven tools. Responsibilities include feature implementation, collaborating with teams, writing effective prompts, and enhancing user interfaces with AI.

As an Android Developer Intern, you'll develop, maintain, and enhance the Android app using AI tools, implement features, and collaborate with teams.

Own all finance operations for an AdTech startup: general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, pass-through media reconciliations, cash-flow management, month-end close, controls and systems implementation, plus strategic modeling and fundraising readiness.

Own the technical side of pre-sales for a martech platform: lead discovery, build tailored demos and proposals, design integrations and workflows, manage POCs and RFIs/RFPs, surface product feedback, and ensure handoff to Customer Success for onboarding.

The Director of New Business will oversee the full sales process, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Eulerity's marketing automation platform.
