Develop and lead data-driven growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, conference, and partnership channels. Own acquisition, brand awareness, campaign optimization, funnel analytics, experimentation, marketing automation, and KPI reporting. Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, creative, and content teams to improve conversion and revenue. Establish growth processes and standards while mentoring team members and fostering experimentation.

Support FP&A by maintaining forecasting and budgeting models, performing variance and unit-economics analysis, building dashboards and KPI frameworks, cleaning and structuring data, overseeing accounts payable, and providing cross-functional financial insights to leadership.

Drive ticketing and mobile solutions revenue by owning the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, consultative demos, negotiation, and closing net-new and expansion deals. Build and manage pipeline, coordinate with Account Strategy and Customer Success for onboarding, provide competitive intelligence to Product/Marketing, maintain CRM records, and travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.
