Manages end-to-end execution of patient engagement, quality, partner marketing, and program campaigns. Responsibilities include campaign planning, asset development, partner customization, cross-functional coordination, compliance review, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization. The role maintains campaign calendars, project trackers, templates, asset libraries, and repeatable marketing operations processes while supporting patient, provider, website, email, SMS, and other marketing materials in a remote healthcare environment.

Owns end-to-end onboarding and implementation for partner medical practices, managing timelines, meetings, materials, dependencies, risks, and follow-through through launch and post-launch operations. Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for practice stakeholders, coordinates clinical and implementation workstreams, manages vendor and internal partners, and improves processes through standardized checklists, templates, and tracking systems.

Develops healthcare reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and SQL to improve operational and clinical performance. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, validating data quality, creating dashboards and reports, partnering with data engineering and advanced analytics teams, training users, maintaining documentation, managing reporting timelines, and resolving data or logic issues.
