Lead suite-level product strategy to drive enterprise acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value for Everway for Work. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and product teams to translate customer and market insight into aligned roadmaps, metrics, go-to-market plans, and value propositions. Represent the suite externally and mentor product managers across constituent products.

Owns go-to-market analytics, forecasting, sales performance reporting, and GTM operating cadence. Leads annual planning, develops performance metrics, prepares executive and board reporting, and partners with finance, data, and marketing to improve revenue processes and systems. Uses SQL, CRM, analytics, and forecasting tools to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
