Manages pre-execution contract development for pharmacy and medical benefit agreements. Drafts and revises contracts, coordinates legal and stakeholder reviews, supports manufacturer contracting RFPs, maintains templates and documentation, and prepares post-execution handoffs. The role also supports contract lifecycle management and RFP platforms, process improvements, quality controls, and escalation of complex contracting matters.

Drives execution across the Medication Contracting portfolio by developing integrated project plans, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies, tracking risks and decisions, leading stand-ups, managing governance reporting, improving CRM and portfolio processes, and supporting change management. The role also leads selected workstreams and process-improvement initiatives while partnering with health plans, contracting teams, business analysts, and executive stakeholders.

Build and maintain scalable backend applications, serverless functions, microservices, data workflows, ETL pipelines, and cloud-native architectures using Python and AWS. Manage databases, APIs, batch jobs, and real-time integrations while optimizing performance, scalability, security, compliance, and cost. Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and data teams; contribute to architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, development standards, and technical mentorship. Healthcare claims data experience is required.
