Handle telephonic patient medication assessments, register patients, enter prescription data, educate patients and facilities on services, maintain records, meet performance metrics, and coordinate with pharmacy teams to grow referrals and ensure accurate care.

Own and optimize lead generation platforms, integrations, and data flows; analyze and improve campaign performance and ROI; build reporting and run tests; collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure quality, routing, and scalable processes.

Phone-based role enrolling and educating patients on medication management, conducting medication and health assessments, entering prescription data, maintaining records, scheduling follow-ups, and meeting performance metrics while supporting referral relationships.

Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective patients, schedule and track assessments, document interactions in Salesforce, coordinate with referral sources and Onboarding Specialists, meet daily/weekly scheduling goals, perform quality assurance calls, and support team huddles and trainings.

Support PBM regulatory and compliance reporting for Pharmastar, preparing and analyzing PDE/FIR/rebate reports, PACE bids, billing and encounter files, QA reporting, client deliverables, and ensuring adherence to Medicare Part D and HIPAA guidelines.
