Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to design, deliver, and evaluate fitness, health-promotion, and group exercise programs. Handle hiring, training, budgeting, client relationships, assessments, personalized plans, and ensure safety and program alignment with strategic goals.

Support daily operations of a corporate fitness center and well-being lounge, coordinating events, concierge scheduling, team leadership, onboarding, facility support, and operational process improvements to ensure excellent guest service and efficient service delivery.

Greet and assist fitness center members, handle membership enrollment and front desk operations, support payroll and financial tracking, maintain inventory (locker/towel program), complete membership reports and audits, respond to member concerns, keep facility stocked and clean, and perform other assigned duties.

Lead safe, engaging group exercise classes for varied fitness levels; design and deliver routines, offer modifications and personalized support, foster an inclusive environment, stay current with industry trends, and motivate members to reach fitness goals.

The Enterprise Demand Generation Manager will drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through targeted growth marketing initiatives, focusing on account engagement and campaign optimization across various channels.
