The role requires extensive travel across Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky, customer engagement, technical issue resolution, and collaboration with product owners.

Leads the development and operation of the Pledge Insurance Network, including recruiting and onboarding independent agency partners, negotiating agreements, coordinating carrier appointments, integrating agency business, and managing member relationships. Oversees agency training, tools, digital presence, financial processes, network offerings, and performance improvement while driving membership growth and service delivery.
