Leads financial accounting and external reporting, including SEC 10-K and 10-Q filings, FHFA and regulatory reporting, cash flow statements, reconciliations, XBRL tagging, SOX compliance, and technical accounting research. Creates brand-aligned digital content, supports marketing platform users, troubleshoots campaign issues, manages vendors and budgets, and produces performance reports. The role requires strong digital marketing, web development, analytics, accessibility, design, communication, and project management skills.

Develops and coordinates member-facing marketing communications across digital, web, print, email, and other channels. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating stakeholder approvals, managing campaigns and communication calendars, segmenting audiences, monitoring analytics, and recommending engagement improvements. The role uses marketing automation, CRM, and survey tools while ensuring communications meet accessibility, regulatory, and quality standards.

Monitor the Bank's cash, liquidity, funding and money market positions. Build and maintain Python, Excel/VBA and SQL analytical tools and data repositories. Support short-term advances and deposit pricing, manage money market instruments and derivatives margin, assist liquidity reporting and funding issuance, and partner with internal teams on treasury operations.

Support enterprise and credit risk management by developing automated reports, dashboards, and analytics. Integrate and validate data from multiple sources, improve data quality and governance, maintain documentation, and partner with business and technology teams to support regulatory and management reporting and continuous process improvements.
