Monitor the Bank's cash, liquidity, funding and money market positions. Build and maintain Python, Excel/VBA and SQL analytical tools and data repositories. Support short-term advances and deposit pricing, manage money market instruments and derivatives margin, assist liquidity reporting and funding issuance, and partner with internal teams on treasury operations.

Support external and internal financial reporting including SEC filings (10‑K/10‑Q), FHFA and regulatory reports. Prepare and review financial statements, MD&A support, journal entries, general ledger/sub‑ledger reconciliations, SOX documentation, technical GAAP research, and coordinate with auditors and regulators. Assist on special projects as assigned.

The Senior IT Auditor performs IT audits, develops risk-based procedures, identifies audit issues, and recommends improvements while adhering to audit standards.
