Drives net-new revenue from mid-market construction accounts through prospecting, inbound lead management, platform demonstrations, negotiation, and full-cycle deal closure. Builds and maintains pipeline, partners with Hilti sales teams, manages complex sales cycles, and achieves revenue quotas. Travels quarterly to meet customers and support field sales teams. The role is remote within the United States.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities among small and mid-sized construction businesses. Conduct outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn; identify decision-makers; schedule discovery calls and demos; collaborate with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists; maintain Salesforce records; communicate platform value; research market trends; and meet pipeline-generation goals.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market and strategic SaaS customers, owning contract renewals, retention, revenue expansion, business reviews, and relationship growth. Partner with Construction Success and cross-functional teams to solve customer needs and deliver scalable engagement. Identify referrals and new opportunities while providing consultative, high-touch service. Success requires sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, project coordination, organization, and a metrics-driven approach.

Design, build, maintain, and scale production backend services and integrations. Debug cross-service production issues, lead architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, improve engineering standards and tooling, release backward-compatible APIs, implement auto-scaling services, and architect real-time systems for syncing large data volumes.
