Lead investment-grade bond transaction execution, advising issuers on pricing, investor demand, market dynamics, and issuance strategy. Manage book building, allocations, transaction analytics, and post-deal analysis while partnering with sales and trading. Build relationships with corporate treasury teams, executives, and institutional investors; support underwriting, risk management, compliance, presentations, platform strategy, and junior talent development.

Performs detailed credit due diligence, financial projection modeling, and underwriting analysis for transactions. Prepares underwriting memoranda covering company performance, credit risks, projections, and deal terms. Supports diligence calls, credit agreement negotiations, risk monitoring, and policy exception identification. Partners with underwriters, Debt Capital Markets, and Credit Risk teams while managing multiple transactions. Reviews and coaches Credit Analysts on financial models and credit memos.

This role provides analytical support across ABS transactions, focusing on structuring, cash flow modeling, and collaborating with teams on various aspects of asset-backed securities.

Leads renewable energy corporate banking initiatives, including client coverage, financial modeling, credit analysis, diligence, financing solutions, and client presentations. Coordinates stakeholders and live opportunities, ensures quality and compliance, mentors junior team members, supports origination, and improves processes and knowledge management. Requires commercial banking experience in renewables, strong underwriting and modeling skills, client communication expertise, and securities licenses.

Lead client coverage for insurance-sector corporate clients: manage portfolio, drive cross-sell and returns, perform complex financial modeling and credit analysis, prepare presentations, support Executive Directors and RMs, mentor analysts and associates, and coordinate capital markets solutions and underwriting as needed.
