Oversee a pod of accounting professionals and client books, ensuring accurate month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, inventory accounting, AP, AR, and payroll reviews. Serve as a client escalation point, review financial packages and quality controls, supervise and train staff, develop SOPs, manage the pod budget, and support client communications in a multi-client, e-commerce-focused environment.
