Manage the operational workflow for pre-litigation personal injury cases in Illinois and Ohio: open claims, request and track medical records and police reports, monitor liens and subrogation, collaborate with paralegals to prepare demands, and resolve operational bottlenecks to keep cases moving.

Case Managers at Finch handle operational tasks in pre-litigation, including opening insurance claims, managing medical and police reports, and resolving lien issues, enabling attorneys to work effectively.

Negotiate personal injury settlements with insurance carriers and adjusters, build settlement breakdowns reconciling recoveries against fees, costs, and liens, and collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and clients. Execute agreed negotiation strategies, cultivate stakeholder relationships, manage competing deadlines and SLAs, and apply strategic thinking, attention to detail, and AI tools to drive timely, fair resolutions for clients.

Own attorney and client relationships, coordinate case progress from intake to resolution, provide status updates, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely, high-quality client communication and case velocity in collaboration with Legal Ops.
