Own the Americas digital commerce strategy and execution across NuORDER, DTC websites, marketplaces, and wholesale ecommerce partners. Lead digital merchandising, product launches, platform enhancements, commercial planning, and partner coordination. Analyze conversion, traffic, search, inventory, assortment, and category performance to improve revenue and customer experience. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Customer Service, and external retailers to ensure accurate, timely digital launches and operational excellence.

Executes digital commerce operations across NuORDER, direct-to-consumer websites, wholesale ecommerce partners, and marketplaces. Manages product catalogs, digital assets, ecommerce content, merchandising, launch readiness, quality assurance, and reporting. Coordinates with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, customer service, brand teams, and external retailers to ensure accurate, timely, and optimized digital experiences across channels.
