Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to musculoskeletal healthcare practices through email, phone, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, personalize messaging, qualify inbound leads, book and brief meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, share market feedback, and achieve monthly meeting and opportunity targets. Lead customer success for revenue cycle management (RCM) across MSK/provider partners: onboard customers, manage third-party billing vendors, diagnose and remediate revenue leakage, guide front- and back-end RCM operations, produce monthly performance reports, translate RCM data into executive insights, and inform product through customer feedback.

Own the end-to-end revenue cycle product roadmap, including eligibility, prior authorizations, claims-adjacent workflows, and EHR integrations. The role requires direct revenue cycle experience, strong communication, autonomy in a startup environment, and regular travel to NYC.
