Builds CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code solutions, oversees migrations and upgrades, manages compliance and audit readiness, and supports disaster recovery. Serves as an escalation point for incidents, coordinates cross-functional infrastructure and security teams, maintains documentation and operational reporting, and ensures alignment with FFIEC and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinates large-scale technology initiatives and strategic partner engagements for senior technology leadership. Manages executive meetings, calendars, communications, site visits, travel, action items, and partner deliverables. Supports the ESOP Advisory team through project management, executive and client presentation development, data analysis, strategic planning, research, and reporting. The role maintains Teams and SharePoint content, supports ESOP lending decisions, resolves commercial banking issues, and collaborates with senior bankers and stakeholders on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Designs, deploys, secures, scales, and monitors highly available cloud and on-premises infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. Manages automation, integration tiers, certificates, HSMs, networking, containers, CI/CD, and cloud security compliance. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, establishes architecture and deployment standards, guides application teams, leads infrastructure projects, and provides technical training and cross-functional collaboration. Requires 24x7x365 on-call availability.

Manages complex commercial real estate credit transactions and an assigned loan portfolio. Responsibilities include credit underwriting, financial modeling, risk assessment, loan structuring, portfolio monitoring, client and relationship-manager negotiations, credit agreement review, regulatory compliance, strategic recommendations, and mentoring junior credit professionals.
