Own corporate FP&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and the enterprise three-statement model. Partner with corporate leaders on budgeting, long-term planning, cash flow, capital allocation, and strategic analysis. Prepare leadership and Board materials, support investor and lender diligence, improve reporting processes, and integrate AI solutions to streamline workflows. The role requires strong financial modeling, analytical rigor, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Owns the full-funnel growth creative process across three consumer brands, from analyzing performance data and developing creative hypotheses to briefing, scripting, shooting, editing, launching, and optimizing paid social assets. Produces high-volume video, static, UGC-style, and motion content; manages campaigns across major social platforms; uses AI tools to accelerate production; and translates performance results into testing plans and future creative iterations.

Lead cross-functional product programs, especially commercial initiatives and bundles, from scoping through launch. Develop plans and timelines, mitigate risks, coordinate product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales teams, and manage supplier relationships. Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders, support senior leadership updates, and improve workflows and processes to accelerate execution.
