Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations: manage calendars, handle communications, prepare documents, maintain records, assist with meetings and travel, order supplies, and support team tasks and projects.

Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source passive candidates via LinkedIn/job boards/social media, screen applicants, conduct phone screens, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while minimizing time-to-hire.

Monitor inbound and outbound shipments across modes, manage exception alerts, update Transportation Management Systems with accurate ETAs, and communicate with carriers, drivers, and 3PL partners to resolve transit issues and maximize on-time delivery.

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound freight across road, air, and ocean; track shipments in real-time and resolve delays; prepare and audit shipping and customs documentation; maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies using supply chain software; communicate with carriers to optimize fulfillment and reduce costs.
