Build and scale Flowcode’s agency channel across holding companies, sports marketing agencies, and independent shops. Own agency-sourced and agency-influenced revenue, develop senior partnerships, drive campaign activations, and support recurring platform usage. Create enablement programs, co-sell with agency partners, contribute to demand generation, translate partner feedback into product priorities, and maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.

Own Flowcode’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, including defining hiring standards, building proactive pipelines, sourcing senior talent, managing recruiting metrics, closing candidates, and improving onboarding. The role requires hands-on recruiting across go-to-market and engineering functions, executive partnership, referral and agency strategy, structured interviewing, AI-enabled recruiting workflows, and process improvement. This is an onsite player-coach leadership role in New York City.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for improving platform availability, scalability, resilience, and observability. The role manages AWS and EKS infrastructure with Terraform, builds CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, expands GitOps through ArgoCD and Helm, strengthens disaster recovery, supports incident response, and develops monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and SLOs. The engineer partners with product teams, leads infrastructure initiatives, troubleshoots Kubernetes, and supports high-availability distributed systems.
