Provide Tier-2 support and operational ownership for FreeWheel's Ad Serving platform. Troubleshoot ad delivery and campaign issues, support live events, build automation and observability tools, debug distributed low-latency services, collaborate across engineering and client teams, participate in releases and on-call rotations, and drive reliability and process improvements.

Lead AI-driven FinOps and engineering efficiency initiatives across Snowflake, Aerospike, and Databricks. Drive cost optimization, governance, forecasting, and AI adoption; build dashboards, metrics, and cross-functional programs to reduce infrastructure spend and improve engineering productivity and platform economics.

Lead development of high-performance C/C++ systems for ad decisioning. Design and support distributed, mission-critical services, integrate with existing infrastructure, mentor engineers, collaborate with global teams, and ensure scalability, reliability, and rigorous testing and documentation.
