Fubo Benefits Overview

Build and support backend infrastructure and distributed services powering Fubo’s advertising platform. Improve service reliability, performance, observability, accuracy, and security; develop shared libraries and tooling; write tests; aggregate data into warehouses; and use AI-assisted development tools. The role involves microservices, databases, external integrations, and collaboration with Advertising Operations and Sales teams in a complex ad-tech ecosystem.

Leads Fubo’s global tax function, including tax planning, compliance, audits, ASC 740 reporting, SEC disclosures, transfer pricing, internal controls, and transaction support for M&A and restructurings. Reports to the CFO and partners with finance, accounting, legal, HR, treasury, and external advisers. The role also scales the tax function through team development, process improvements, and data and technology implementation.

Leads strategic sourcing, technology procurement, vendor negotiations, renewals, category strategies, and cost optimization across cloud, SaaS, software, data, and engineering services. Partners with Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, and Disney procurement teams to improve commercial terms, manage supplier risk, increase spend visibility, and establish scalable procurement processes. Oversees competitive sourcing, contract management, reporting, benchmarking, vendor consolidation, and strategic supplier relationships.
