Establish a consistent & ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for positions such as SDR, AE, RM, & Credit Analyst.
Screen 25-35 candidates per week, and on an ongoing basis, place 5-7 employees in sales positions on a monthly basis.
Own managing recruiting agencies & partners to ensure consistent candidate flow at the top of the funnel.
Own proactive sourcing of sales candidates through passive outreach, platforms, & internal referrals.
Oversee and manage the candidate experience from greeting, set up, scheduling, & reference collection.
Oversee deliberations, ensure accurate feedback is being recorded, and ultimately guide the hiring team to ensure we are maintaining a high bar for potential employees.
