Supports apparel design and product development for Donna Karan and BCBG Suits by maintaining PLM data, preparing technical specifications, coordinating samples, tracking approvals, and communicating design updates across Design, Sales, Production, Technical Design, and vendors. The role also supports showroom presentations, production documentation, trim approvals, seasonal organization, and product development initiatives.

Manages full-cycle talent acquisition for retail positions across North American and Canadian markets. Partners with retail leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to define staffing needs, source and assess candidates, build proactive talent pipelines, manage concurrent requisitions, and close offers. Develops market-specific recruiting strategies, supports recruiting events, monitors talent trends, maintains ATS records, improves time-to-fill, and delivers a positive candidate experience. Requires national travel to retail locations as needed.

Supports the woven sportswear design and product development process from concept through production. Responsibilities include creating technical sketches, tech packs, line sheets, and presentation materials; researching trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes; tracking samples and approvals; maintaining design libraries and development records; and communicating with overseas factories and cross-functional teams to meet seasonal deadlines.
